I believe that every woman with solid expertise deserves recognition that goes beyond borders and job titles. While excellence is universal, only visibility can translate it into authority, impact, and income.
With over 12 years of international experience, I mentor global women who are turning their careers into consulting and mentoring businesses. I guide them in strengthening their personal brand, communicating their expertise, and attracting the right clients and opportunities worldwide.
I grew up in the suburbs of São Paulo,
the daughter of two school teachers, I grew up without major references to follow.
I quickly understood that education would be my passport to the world. But I also learned — the hard way — that diplomas and technical skills alone don’t guarantee recognition nor income.
Over the years, I’ve seen brilliant women remain invisible. They accept smaller roles, minor projects, or contracts without visibility. Not because they lack talent, but because they don’t know how to communicate their value with confidence.
Many of them tell me they have an “aversion to self-promotion,” as if hard work and silence would be enough to earn the recognition they deserve.
And when the time comes to step into entrepreneurship, many still hesitate.
These stories move me because I've lived them.
I know the solitude of building an international career — the constant adaptation to new languages, cultures, and geographies. The silent doubt of never feeling good enough. The longing for roots. The invisible weight of not belonging.
